The client's brief
The apartment was on the market but looked cramped and cluttered at viewings: surplus furniture, personal items, nothing for the eye to settle on. The buyer needed to be able to picture their own life here.
What was done
We removed the excess and the personal, keeping only what works for the space. We rearranged the furniture so the room gained air and a clear flow, and added a few calm accents.
Result
A bright, spacious living room you'd want to move into. The property reads as more valuable, and viewings picked up.
