Privacy policy

This policy describes which personal data are processed when you visit re-space.ch or get in touch. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Visiting the website

When a page is requested, the web server automatically stores technical details: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system. These details serve the secure operation of the website and are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Hosting

The website runs on a server in Germany. Under Annex 1 of the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO), Germany provides an adequate level of data protection.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Your chosen language and the state of the background music are stored only in your browser and are not transmitted. Fonts, images and music are loaded from our own server, with no connection to third parties.

Getting in touch

If you write by email or WhatsApp, your details (name, contact details, the content of your message and, where applicable, photos of your rooms) are processed to answer your enquiry and carry out the job. The data are not sold to third parties and are kept only as long as necessary or as required by law, for example ten years for accounting records.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). Data may also be transferred to the USA, and WhatsApp's privacy policy applies. If you prefer to avoid this, please write by email.

Links to Instagram and WhatsApp

The website only contains links to these services, no embedded content. Meta's privacy policy applies only once you follow such a link.

Your rights

You may at any time request information about your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. A short email to info@re-space.ch is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).
